More Snow

I took some pictures at the office this morning. We've been here since 1989 and I can't remember ever having this much snow at the office.

My Sister and family are somewhere hot this week... no I'm not bitter at all!

More snow in the forcast... when will it stop. It's going to take until July for this stuff to melt!

Birthday Fun

Went to our usual spot for birthdays - Kelseys. We sit at the same table for every time. Not sure why but I think it has something to do with the fact that it is in the farthest back corner of the restaurant and the kids wont' be bugging the other patrons. They brought me a big brownie dessert with probably enough caloric intake to last me til mid june...

Opening my card and gift from the kids

Can't believe this... my folks got me a framed picture signed by Maurice Richard & Henri Richard. Wow. Thanks Mom & Dad. The Highlight of my birthday however would have had to have been when my favorite sister mailed me a birthday card and i actually got it early before my birthday for the first time in my 37 years. And to boot, there was a Timmy's card in side. Wow Carol, you are the best sister a boy could have!

Tim Bits Night

We expected we were going to be away tonight but due to the weather we stayed in town. We were able to go to the game for Tim Bits night and after the game, Bull players came and presented medals to the players

Snow Day

We were supposed to go to Newcastle today but the weather was just too bad. Ended up staying home all day and had a fun time with the kids. They were in good humor today

Did the driveway twice today. Our deck was completely covered with snow drifts... never seen it this high

We got hit with a big storm last night and it's supposed to be bigger today. Yeah, Wiarton Willie, he's an idiot! Early Spring... sure, whatever.

Sidney Crosby wore Montreal Canadiens hockey socks, so did Isaac
Sidney Crosby wore the number 8 in his first year of hockey, so did Isaac
Sidney Crosby's dad was drafted by the montreal canadiens.... Me ... well... umm.. That's where the similarites end!

Skating

Went skating last weekend with our home group at the Kritzers house. A very fun afternoon. Eva had gotten skates for christmas and we wanted to try them out. Unfortunately, she found the ice "too slippery" and started to ball and cry uncontrollablly about 1.5 seconds after I put her on the ice!

Isaac did better skating here than playing hockey that day... rough morning

A nice family shot of our friends Steve & Lisa (and yes Lisa, I'll email you the original)
