Blue Jays Game 2009

Can't wait for this years school picture

So the 4th tooth in 3 weeks fell out tonight...two front top teeth and the outside ones on the bottom. The boy can barely talk, let alone chew his food properly. This years school pictures will be one to rememer. I usually pride myself in being prepared for things... but the rapid pace of his tooth executions has left me with no change for the tooth fairy. Gotta do a run to town to get some more money. Oh the fun.

Final Night of Bulls Camp

Final night of Bulls Camp 2009 was last night. White won the first annual skills competition and I was lucky enough to win my heat in the Stick handling portion (against arnie) and also score on the shoot out in that portion. not so lucky in the final game losing 5-4 with 8.8 seconds left on a slapper by Brent Gretzky. Ah well, my 3 year streak of winning the Bobby Hull Memorial Trophy came to an end... wait a minute i think it's just the bobby hull trophy. Don't think he's dead yet...

Jake & I... either he has a very small head or I have an exceptionally large melon... hmmm... better go with the latter

Bulls Camp 2009

My 4th year in camp and having a blast as always. Hard work and getting me into shape but it's worth it. This year, when the split the teams up, they named captains and I was named it for the white team. I guess it's a neat honor but I've yet to find out what the benefits are. All I hear is, you're the captain, you should be the first one on and the last one off at practice, you're the captain you shouldn't make those type of mistakes... doh

Office as of August 5

Brick work on 2 sides is done along with the stucco/trim. Probably going to need to repaint the trim as it's not the color we like but very happy with things so far

Swimming on August Long Weekend

Went to our friends house on Monday and took the kids swimming

Kids haven't been swimmers and have had some issues so it was really nice to see them getting more and more comfortable in the water

Roller Blade Time

Just about to go to friends house on holiday monday and kids discovered their roller blades in the garage and I originally said no, we couldn't go blading but I realized they hadn't been all year so I relented and away they went.

More Beach

North Beach

Annual Tradition to go to North Beach as a family at least once a summer. Had a fun day today... it was actually hot outside... well, ok warm
