Mini Golf

After supper, took the kids mini golfing. Isaac actually got 4 hole in 1's (some were with a little help) but we all had a fun

Hole 18- the trauma - the hole eats the ball. Both kids were in tears crying away. This is their 3rd or 4th time, you'd think it would get easier. Thankfully, the lady running the course asked if the kids would help retrieve the balls with her. Helped lessen the blow of losing the balls!

Eva would take the ball to the cups edge, knock it in and then scream with excitement... it was pretty fun

After going on the camel last year, Isaac "had" to go again this year. While Tanya and I were taking pictures and video taping the ride, we neglected to keep an eye on our daughter. She ran past the roped gate and chased after the camel as she wanted to ride too. Man, we are bad parents

My Nephew Taylor wanted all the Mackays to go to a jays game this summer so we went up on sunday. Had a great time

Bull For A Week

I signed up for the Belleville Bulls Adult Hockey Camp again this year. It runs at night from 7-10 and includes pre-game stretching, meeting, drills & practice with the Bulls coaches for an hour. We then come off the ice to the Bulls dressing room, wait for the flood and then back on for a game. I've had a fun time but man, am i sore.

At the Beach

For the second year in a row, we met our friends Mike & Heather in Cobourg for a beach day. Last year, there was a triatholon going on and the same this year. I have been inspired and challenged so next year, Mike & I are going to attempt 1/3 of the triatholon and do a 10-k run. It'll never happen but one can always dream
