School BBQ

Went to meet Isaac's teacher at hisschool tuesday and also went to the school bbq and book fair. Clifford the Big red dog was there and Eva decided she likes him... usually she's quite freaked out by mascots but she may have turned a corner

It has been a week since mom had seen faith... she's changed a bunch in a week

We were all upstairs visiting and realized the older 2 weren't anywhere to be found. Someone piped up, it's ok, i think they're just watching tv downstairs. The parental instinct in me kicked in and I thought I better make sure all is ok... went downstairs and I find them sitting on uncle pauls desk, playing with his tools, breaking his staples, writing on some of his inspection paper... oh gracious. Thanks for being patient Uncle Paul.

Peterborough Zoo... again

So after the memorable trip to the zoo in the spring with isaacs school, we decided to try again. I'm off work this week and so we thought we try and do something fun with the kids. Got to the zoo a little late, only to discover the trains don't run during the week at the zoo and ... it also rained. Something about the PBO zoo and i don't get along

Neighborhood kids got together and were riding their bikes on our driveway. To avoid them hitting our cars, we set up an obstacle course and they all drove through it.

Who can believe it's Labour Day weekend. We didn't have much planned this weekend, just hanging out. Eva just had to hold on to her sister... neighbors came buy to check out Faith

First Night

I have a picture of each of the kids, first night at home. They look so tiny and helpless in their new crib. I'm sure that I won't be able to distinguish which child is which... this is eva... i mean Faith.

We have gates on each of the kids rooms to keep them from roaming the house as we sleep. I hesitated to put Faith's on... like I need to keep her in... she's not going anywhere and then i realized, I didn't need to keep her in, I needed to keep others out!

Uncle Todd & Aunt Sue come for a visit
