For the second year in a row, we met our friends Mike & Heather in Cobourg for a beach day. Last year, there was a triatholon going on and the same this year. I have been inspired and challenged so next year, Mike & I are going to attempt 1/3 of the triatholon and do a 10-k run. It'll never happen but one can always dream
