You're The Boss

Tanya's boss is an extremely nice guy but I fear our children think he's an ogre. On the days that she works, we try and get the kids moving fast to get them in to the car. Our tactic is fear and we say, "Hurry Up, we don't want mommy to be late for work cause her boss will be very mad at her if she's late" Isaac gets quite concerned because he doesn't want anyone to be mad at his mommy so for now the tactic works wonderfully. Anyway, this morning I was leaving and Isaac didn't want me to go. I said, I'm going to be late for work if I don't leave now and they're going to be mad at me to which He Replied ... "They're not gonna be mad at you Daddy" I said, why... and the he replied "You're the Boss"
